The hotel was affordable, clean, in a busy area. The cereal and yogurt for breakfast were much appreciated.

Clean hotel with exceptional location in Florence so close to cafe's, all the highlights. Beds and pillows in my guest room were exceptionally comfortable.

Service was great and food was excellent! The staff was fairly friendly. The venue's position was very central. It was reasonably priced, compared to other ideal central hotels.

It is attractive hotel, I appreciated its well-kept rooms and diligent staff. Quick check in and in general top-notch service.

Cheap rooms, smart staff, classic breakfast. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. The fact the service was very efficient too. Location was decent, near a picturesque medieval arched river bridge.

My experience at this average budget hotel was incredible. Fairly quiet, fairly quiet room with terrace, coffee and high ceiling. Restaurant in venue was super and the pool area was good. Delicious drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise.

Room was welcoming with fine beds, cool staff. Great breakfast, exceptional service.

Location was spectacular, staff were very very helpful, friendly check-in. Breakfast was super, variety of appetising sausages and fresh fruit. Everything was perfect during our stay even so disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

The views were nothing special.

You guys made my stay unforgettable. Newly remodelled room, best staff, superb breakfasts. Spacious suite and large bed. It had stunningly beautiful view, I loved watching cathedral. Generally the service was friendly.

Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the whole place. We booked family room, it was a good value...

A few steps away from piazza della repubblica and other tourist spots. Yellow Bar was set 10 minutes walk away.

Having easy access to uffizi gallery and being not far from palazzo vecchio. The hotel interior was excellent. An easy walk to the restaurant osteria del proconsolo. Nothing beats being in albergo firenze: )
